Returns via Royal Mail or courier

Please fill out your reason(s) for returning your purchased product(s)on the back of the delivery note
Enclose the delivery note with the product, and package up securely
Obtain a certificate/receipt of postage from the Post Office

Refund policy

Here at CCTVe we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product(s) to us, following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charges.
under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the day you receive your goods, in which time you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and a full refund will be given, including any original delivery charges. If you have changed your mind about the product you have purchased, you will have to pay the delivery charge

Proof of purchase

If you return a product to us for refund, but you do not have your original order confirmation or delivery note, after investigating if the product belongs to one of our ranges, we will give you gift vouchers to the ordinary price. Ordinarily we'll refund the original debit, credit or charged card used to purchase the product.

Contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish, if you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, if you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the products and not used them. Please follow the procedure set out in our Returns procedure.

The conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
