This is DS-2CE16H0T-IT3ZE Hikvisions 5MP PoC HD TVI bullet camera, 2.7 – 13.5 mm varifocal lens, 40 m IR and IP67 whether rating.

Power over coax (PoC) means that power for the camera is supplied directly from the DVR via coaxial cable (RG59), this simplifies installation time and removes the requirement for extra power supplies and separate or dual cable, thus saving time and costs.

PoC can be used for up to 200 m distance and is available in the 4, 8 and 16 channel (Hikvision models ending /P), making this a very cost-effective and smart solution.
